I have seen Kesha twice before this summer tour, and this was the best concert I have seen. This took place at the Mann Center Philly at the Mann Center. Promoting her “PERIOD” album released on July 4, 2025, the show occurred on July 29th to express her newfound freedom as an artist.
This tour was called the T*ts Out Summer tour because she wanted everyone to have fun and let it all out. She toured the US starting in June through August and will tour again next year in Europe in 2026. The artists who opened up for her are Slayyter, Rose Gray, and Scissor Sisters. For this show at the Mann, Rose Gray and Scissor Sisters opened. These two shows lasted about 2 hours before Kesha went on. This is her first self- promoted tour with her team on her Kesha Records label. Which is pretty iconic if you ask me.
This concert went through her eras up to her free era in very interesting and emotional ways. There were five acts during the show and I will go following those and how I felt personally, how I connected to her live, and the setlist.
ACT 1: ONE OF ONE
Before the concert started, she had a message for all her fans. It was to have fun, a spiritual experience, as well to respect everyone around you. That gave me MASSIVE CHILLS.
The songs Kesha performed during this act were, TiK ToK, Only Love Can Save Us Now, Warrior, Crazy Kids, C’mon, and Thinking of You. When she walked out on stage, I expected to cry like the last time I saw her, but I didn’t. Probably got it all out the last time.
She started with “TiK ToK” and brought out a mannequin head of herself with her hands around the neck, representing how she felt at the time. As a 20 year -old, she had no say in her music or anything that was going on in her life. Being in the spotlight, she wasn’t able to tell the public the truth about her producer and felt choked by her record label. She is INCREDIBLY clever. Then she went into “Only Love Can Save Us Now” which I was very surprised about because that is from the Gag Order/Eat The Acid era.
I read other sites that said THE ONE was next on the setlist. Honestly, a bit of a let down, but it was okay. I knew what was coming next and I was so excited because she took back the love for her Warrior album and finally performed those songs live again. Kesha reproduced these songs herself to perform them live for us. You can't be more dedicated to your fans than that. “Warrior” was super cool and during the following songs she walked around the venue and connected with the fans. I was in the 11th row and did not get to shake her hand but she did point at me. Rating of Act 1- 3.5 stars

ACT 2: HEAVEN IN HELL
Songs in this set included Out Alive, Sleazy, BOY CRAZY., Cannibal, DELUSIONAL (with Backstabber lyrical intro), and Take it Off. This was a mixture of songs I did not expect. I thought each act was based on her eras, later in the concert.
For me, hearing “Sleazy” live was completely unexpected as I forgot it was on the setlist. I SCREAMED. “BOY CRAZY” was even more epic. At that point I was losing my voice. Throughout the show, I was demonically screaming. Either I was excited or I wanted to hear myself all crazily excited. Who knows. Delusional is such a gem of a single and with a Backstabber intro was perfect. Those songs are pretty similar in the subject. Backstabber is also one of her more well-known songs, from the Tik Tok app, she's the OG with TiK ToK. “Take it Off” is a song I have heard live and it’s played at every show ever so I was excited but it wasn't unexpected. Rating of Act 2- 3 stars

ACT 3: GENIUS OR CRAZY
The GENIUS OR CRAZY act is based on her song lyric from Fine Line off her Eat the Acid record. The performed tunes were Blow, The Drama, Fine Line, Ram Dass Interlude, Happy, and Eat The Acid. All these songs, except for Blow, are from the Eat the Acid record. One of her most underrated albums as well. The tour and album barely got promotion and she kinda forgot about it. It got the recognition it deserved on this tour. This is the part when the songs follow the eras. The best song performed live in this act was Fine Line. She wore a straight-jacket to represent feeling trapped inside mentally and even making it physically unbearable to live. One of the most deep and heart-wrenching songs on the record.
Eat The Acid is my most favored Kesha record because of how raw it is. No autotune, all raw talent and lyrics. The real Kesha. I was affected by the rawness of this tune live, but what was even more powerful was her “Happy” speech. She expressed to her fans that all her career and life she had never been this happy. It had been the same exact thing I felt at the moment. Brains connect, especially if it’s someone who you connect with that much. All the songs on this album were well represented in this act and I will never forget this. Rating of Act 3- 5 stars

ACT 4: FREEDOM
This was the best part of the show. I had never felt that free. Ever. She exerts this energy on her crowds that I can’t even explain. The songs played in this “era” were, FREEDOM., ATTENTION!, JOYRIDE, YIPPIE KAY YAY, Timber, RED FLAG. (with Devo’s Whip It interpolated), Dinosaur, and Die Young. This was the most exciting of them all.
Hearing RED FLAG, which is my favorite of PERIOD and then Dinosaur which is one of her best choreographed songs ever was crazy. JOYRIDE is one of her most iconic songs by her, especially with the lyric of “I Am Mother.” Kesha is mother. I also screamed so demonically when I saw that live, I really don’t know what came over me. There is video proof. Seeing “Timber” live was also so fun because she always adds the original rap she came up with and it’s just so good I don’t have an explanation. When Kesha sang the FREEDOM chorus, I felt that throughout my body. Being able to feel throughout the crowd and the vibe from one of your favorite artists/people in the world is incredible. If there is one artist in the world who knows how to love and connect with her crowds/fans it’s Kesha. Rating of Act 4- 4.5 stars

ACT 5- PERIOD.
This was the last act of the show and the saddest and yet most connective part of the night. Kesha really expressed to the crowd how much she loves us as fans and what we have done for her and it was super emotional. I did a retake and watched it online the other day and felt a completely different connection. Even closer than with her in the arts center.
She is just that type of person. If there is anything you can say about Kesha is that she spreads love. She represents love for everyone. You can’t say it gets better than that. Songs include CATHEDRAL., Praying, Your Love Is My Drug, We R Who We R, and LOVE FOREVER. LOVE FOREVER was used as an outro to the concert right after We R Who We R was performed. The song that honestly affected me most was LOVE FOREVER while running out of the venue because of the massive crowd at the end of We R Who We R was such an adrenaline rush.
Praying and CATHEDRAL were so powerful, probably two of her most powerful songs lyrically. “Your Love Is My Drug" transitioned from her love for fans oration, she said, “Your love is kinda like my… ya know.” Everyone screamed. It took me a minute to realize what song it was, which was funny because when I was 8, it was my favorite song, and that made me love her other than TiK ToK. Leaving the concert was sad and happy at the same time. I was so sad because it ended, and then I missed her. Her aura and energy just makes you want to stay around her forever. We need more of those artists. Rating Act 5- 5.5 stars

What I Will Remember and Cherish; More to Come
There is obviously more to come from this icon. It is unknown what music will be released in the upcoming years but I bet it will be as pivotal for her career as PERIOD. What I will remember and cherish the most is the connection I felt to her and feeling so free. I will forever go see her live, and she is the only artist I am that ride or die for. Kesha will always be my #1, and she will always get an abundance of love from me. If there is any artist that deserves all the love in the world, it’s Kesha Rose Sebert.
