Libby Rieger was an inaugural member of The Cyclone Chronicle, and served as a copy editor, an Arts & Entertainment editor, and book reviewer from Fall 2023 to Spring 2024.
I am currently working as a Pharmacy Tech at Baker’s Pharmacy in Sussex (but I am forever and always writing, reading, and chasing a career in literature!)
My experience at The Cyclone Chronicle meant everything and more to me and it always will. It was by far the highlight of my academic career. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to come together with some of the most creative people and reinstate a staple of our university. I read through every new issue and I am so proud of everyone that has contributed to what was once our “baby.”
My advice for underclassmen is to write for The Cyclone Chronicle! ;) Seriously though… Be brave and take chances. Don’t be discouraged if life takes you down a different path than you expected; it’ll all work out in the end. Just don’t forget to always find time to do what you love!
