Every time around this year with summer transitioning to fall to me it is a bitter sweet feeling, as the summer was filled with memories of going down to the beach with friends watching the magical atmosphere of the different colors of fireworks spark like embers in the sky alongside the stars, or enjoying a nice cruise with my parents going to new places and exploring like never before.
However on the other hand, fall to me feels like a new chapter of the year, as the leaves on the trees begin to change and paint such a beautiful foliage as you pass them as you drive with the windows down and the crisp fall air brushes past you telling you that new beginnings are here and that life will be shifting into slower paced days. The comfort of fall also gives people that sense of feeling a bit more relaxed and invites them to be hopeful in what’s to come whether they are starting somewhere new or looking at things from a whole new perspective with work or creative avenues with writing or painting.
Some of us may embrace the transition and some of us may not, as half of us wish summer wasn’t over and there should be at least a few more weeks of it while the other half can’t wait for the pumpkin spice season to begin and feel the cozy and comforting feeling of fall.
