Derek Loux: Manager of Cyclone Dining

Location: Based in Lackland Dining Hall

Functions/descriptions: 

General Manager who runs day to day operations at Lackland Dining, Trotters Cafe, Starbucks and Catering.

Most common visit/concern: 

Making the students engage in the Culinary Council held monthly and giving feedback and suggestions 

Most students don't know about: 

The amount of selections or are aware they can schedule a meeting with me to discuss adding items to the menu
